The Airclean filter box HQ 607 is designed to be used as an addition to the existing balanced ventilation system and ensures a healthier living environment with less dust and harmful particles. The filter box is mounted in the supply duct of the balanced ventilation system after the heat recovery unit in a new or existing heat recovery system.

The HQ 607 Airclean filter box can be fitted with the most efficient filters currently available for filter boxes.
In the heating season, an activated carbon filter TERRACOMB (Honey Comb)is inserted. This activated carbon filter is designed for deodorisation and control of organic gases, substances and etc. arising from wood smoke, hydrocarbon solvents, VOC, chlorine and ozone.
Equipped with a pre-filter HQ 604 this captures the larger dust particles, resulting in a longer life span of the carbon filter. We recommend replacing the HQ 604 pre-filter every 3 months as activated carbon is very sensitive to dust. The performance of the carbon filter will decrease faster due to dust.
The activated carbon filter HQ 603 has an average lifespan of 1 year. To be able to reuse the filter for the next (heating) season, we recommend packing the carbon filter airtight to preserve its function.
After the heating season, replace this activated carbon filter with our bag filter 50601300, which has filter class F7 - ePM1 65% ISO 16890. This F7 filter features a NanoWave® filter medium with higher filter efficiency and lower energy consumption, reducing incoming fine dust and pollen.
Both the Airclean filter box HQ 606 and the matching filters are manufactured in-house in the Netherlands by HQ-FILTERS.

Installation
The filter box is mounted in the supply duct of the balance ventilation system after the heat recovery unit. In the heat recovery unit, the air is filtered for coarse dust particles before passing through the filter box. The filter box can be installed in new construction situations, but is also easy to install in existing situations. The filter box can be placed both horizontally and vertically. Please note that you do need access to the filters to replace them. The lid is easy to open and close for filter replacement.
