Looking for a fine filter medium similar to the FF-500 but able to handle even more? The FF-560, filter class M5, is essentially identical to the 500 variant but can withstand higher temperatures. It can handle temperatures as high as 180 degrees Celsius at peak times, and that with no loss of effectiveness! The FF-560 also has a higher dust collection capacity than the FF-500 G.
Fine air filtration media specially designed to be used
in downstream paint spray booths as a final filtration barrier
on all paint-damaging particles from the inlet air
flow. This ceiling filter or diffusion medium provides:
an even air distribution and laminar flow everywhere
the spray booth, when applied in automotive assembly plants
and car repair facilities, as well as in the repair
aftermarket.
The filter media is made of: selected high-quality, unbreakable fibres in amulti-layering technique with progressive density high depth loading to ensure high dust holding capacity with optimum performance at the lowest pressure drop.
This medium is fully thermally bonded and impregnated at full
depth with a special tackifier coating to prevent any
release of fibres and migration of paint-damaging particles
larger than 10 microns due to vibrations in the system, even
under varying temperature conditions.
FF-560 GX is classified as R0 in accordance with the
Filter Migration Test (see back page).
This results in high fractional efficiency combined with a
high dust load, a long filter life and low
energy and maintenance costs
