When changing the filter, the frame is reused. You only change the filter media itself in the frame. For a normal filter change, use two standard filters.
Depending on the contamination in your environment, Nilan recommends changing the filters 3-4 times a year or whenever the system indicates.
Vacuuming or washing your filter is not recommended - only with new filters will you ensure optimal operation and air quality.
